Deepak Chopra Meditation Secrets

Deepak Chopra has a great grasp how our mind, consciousness and biology work together. Any thought you have influences your mood and body in either a positive or a negative way. 

21 Day Deepak Chopra Meditation

With this 21 day meditation you can unleash your full potential applying a few minutes of your time or even a full hour.

Put awareness into your breath. Then go into your heart-space and ask your-self following questions:

  • What is my highest vision for my health and well-being?
  • What is my highest vision in the realm of love and relation-ships?
  • What is my highest vision for success in my life?
  • How do I get in touch with my Higher Self or my Spirit? So I can be inspired and creative, and so I can unleash my imagination and exercise my free will.

After each question allow a few moments of contemplation what that question means for you. Maybe the answer or vision will not emerge in this moment. It might emerge later on this day or this week. That does not matter.

What matters is that you have asked the question. Now your mind will be busy with the answer and the universe will assist you. This meditation exercise takes about 3 minutes. But use more time if you are enjoying yourself.

Deepak Chopra claims that after you have done this meditation for 21 days you will notice a change and you will not want to NOT do the meditation any more, as it will become your source of peace and inspiration.
